The door was locked
They were filled with dread as they stood before the closed door. Who could have done it? Was there someone or something looking at them? Emma’s tears became sobs when the reality of what they were facing hit.
Chris and Tommy exchanged worried glances, but both knew that they had to concentrate and find a solution before it was too far gone.
One last idea
The situation was getting worse. How would they leave? They couldn’t get help because their phones were out of service. And they were so far inside the cave, that no one could hear them scream.
Emma then thought of a last thing that they could try before giving up.
