Bleeding on the paper towel after Excretion
Bleeding occurs when the hemorrhoids are strained by bowel movements. The bowels moving through the rectum, and finally passing out via the anus, touches and strains hemorrhoids. This results in bleeding and stools. This straining can cause blood stains on toilet paper and sometimes a painful feeling when someone passes faeces.
