Physical activity
Keeping the rhythm will be achieved by increasing physical activity, and avoiding prolonged sitting. The texture and evolution of the stool is important in hemorrhoids. Soft textured stools will pass easily and without pain, whereas hard textured stools will cause discomfort and may even puncture hemorrhoids when they leave the rectum or anus. If you maintain or increase your physical activity and avoid sitting for long periods of time, this can help to regulate stool traffic with minimal damage to affected tissues. Walking, yoga poses that are comfortable, and standing cardio exercises can all be considered physical activity. Avoid any strenuous exercise, such as crunches or planks. If you must do them, follow the advice of your doctor.
