Hammer toe
The deformity of the toes is called hammer toe. The toes will curl inwards rather than pointing straight ahead. It is called hammer toe because of its hammer-like shape. The 2nd, third and fourth toes are bent. The bending is at the proximal joint of interphalangeal bones.
