Confused Speech
Epileptic seizures disrupt all neuronal pathways’ electrical currents. This can also directly affect communication due to a disruption in the brain’s signals. Due to uncoordinated movement of the fundamental muscles for speech, incoherent speech results. Speech may also become distorted when the brain is unable to decipher the rapid, unrestrained impulses due to general mental haze.
