Idiopathic
Idiopathic anaphylaxis occurs when an exhaustive investigation fails to identify a single cause. To establish a case of idiopathic anaphylaxis, all probable common triggers, such as food and drugs, insect venom, and latex, must be ruled out. Despite the possibility of occurrence in infants, this type is more prevalent among adult females.
