Speech Disorders

The brain is responsible for the complete functioning of our bodies. Frontal lobe is responsible for speech and involuntary movements. A tumor in the left hemisphere or frontal lobe can affect speaking ability. Aphasia is the name for this problem. Aphasia causes the brain to be in a state of chaos. There are two different types of aphasia.

  • Broca’s Aphasia
  • Wernicke’s Aphasia

Aphasia is a condition in which people cannot remember the names of common objects. Communication is difficult for them. These people also cannot write down their thoughts. Aphasia is a condition that either causes the brain or the person to be unable to speak properly, or completely hinders their ability.
