Gone!
Henry was in meetings for the rest of his day, and so had no time to see Tommy or Julia. He did not have time for a proper lunch with Tommy, so he ate hastily at his desk. He was confident that his assistant Julia would look after Tommy and ensure he was safe. He knew Julia was reliable and responsible, and was confident that she would bring Tommy to the park with her and ensure he enjoyed himself.
He also felt confident that Julia would ensure that Tommy was properly fed and rested. Henry was thankful to have Julia take care of Tommy when he was at work. He knew that Tommy would enjoy his time with Julia, and that he was in good hands. He took a few moments between meetings to check up on Tommy. Tommy and Julia had already left.
Hospital
They went to Andrea’s hospital to see her! Henry was furious when he read the note Julia had left him. He didn’t need this! He only wanted her to remain with Tommy in the office. He would be lucky soon. Henry was surprised when Julia took Tommy to the hospital on her own without consulting him. Henry felt she had overstepped boundaries and did not have the right make this decision alone.
He was also furious that she put Tommy in an unsafe situation without Tommy’s knowledge or consent. He was concerned that Julia hadn’t taken the proper precautions to guarantee their safety. He was also worried that Julia hadn’t taken the time necessary to think about the consequences of her action. Henry was also upset that Julia hadn’t taken the time with him to discuss the situation before making the final decision to send Tommy to the hospital. He thought that Julia had not respected him as a parent or taken into account his opinion.
