Is atopic dermatitis curable?
No perfect treatment for the cure of atopic dermatitis has yet been identified; however, multiple treatment methods are used to control the spread of atopic dermatitis, and many of them have been shown to be effective, if not in curing the disease, at least in controlling it. Occasionally, the symptoms of the disease diminish over time. In order to control the disease, appropriate treatment and care must be administered on occasion. This underlying reason for the development of atopic dermatitis has not been identified until now. Multiple factors have been linked to the disease, but none of them appear to be the underlying cause. Numerous studies have been conducted to determine the true cause of atopic dermatitis. In a similar manner, various treatment methods have been used to cure the disease, but no effective treatment that can address the disease at its source has been discovered or invented. This indicates that the disease cannot be cured but can be controlled or prevented from worsening.
