Take warm baths

A relaxing bath helps the epidermis feel better. Sprinkle the bath water with raw or colloidal oatmeal and baking soda. Soak muesli in water for 15 to 30 minutes. Then you should bathe in this water. The temperature of the water should not be excessively high because it can also cause skin injury. After bathing, apply a moisturiser to the epidermis to prevent it from drying out.
