Light Therapy
The use of light therapy or phototherapy is suggested for patients who do not respond to tropical treatment. The symptom may disappear or the patient may feel better for a brief period of time, but it may flare up again after treatment, and some patients may not notice a difference. Everyone is subjected to photo therapy. Light therapy is a straightforward treatment that entails exposing the skin to controlled light. Aside from natural light, various forms of artificial light, such as ultraviolet A (UVA) and narrowband ultraviolet B (UVB), can be administered alone or in conjunction with medication.
Medical care
In addition to being used to treat atopic dermatitis, various therapies are also used to help control its side effects. Proper care, the use of the correct medication, and adherence to all treatments aid in curing the disease.
