Mark’s intuition was right on target. They stumbled across a large-scale animal smuggling operation that was known for its ability to deal in exotic animals that were highly valued on the black market.
It became painfully apparent as the pieces of this puzzle came together that these people had a long history of trafficking in tigers. The plotting was intensified in an already shocking story.
