It didn’t appear feasible to move these animals into a nearby town. Who knew how the tiger cubs were going to react on a bumpy, long ride? The hikers didn’t want a wild chase of cubs in the car.
They were in the middle of nowhere, and it was starting to make them feel like stars of a movie. They wanted urgent help, but in such a remote location it was difficult to get.
